2. “After the conquest of Ukraine and its inclusion in the Russian near abroad” Russia’s attention will be directed to Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania: “all three Baltic states are prosperous democratic nations (for the second time I can’t help but laugh – note. Yu.B.) and the Russian minorities are just waiting to be armed to cause discontent.”
They are also NATO members who are “protected by Art. 5 of the North Atlantic Treaty on Collective Defence’. “Is the West Prepared for a Possible Hot War with Russia?”
3. “If America really decides that the cost of supporting Ukraine is too high, how will other partners react to this? What will be the mood in Taiwan?
Conversely, what message does this send to Xi Jinping as he flexes his muscles in the South China Sea? The message will undoubtedly be that the US is reining in its global ambitions, and this will be clear in Tehran, with its close ties to Russia.
It must be said that a potentially good plan of action for Russia has been outlined. The only thing is that the Baltic countries got away with Transnistria and Moldova.
In addition, there is every reason to believe that a serious crisis in the Middle East, under certain circumstances, may break out as early as 2024. And this will divert a significant part of the US attention from the Ukrainian theater of hostilities.
Let’s not forget Taiwan. The presidential election there is scheduled for January 13, 2024 because… Less than three weeks away. And if the Democratic Progressive Party gets a presidential mandate for another 4 years, and that after 8 years of rule, then it is quite possible that the “sovereignization” of the island will proceed at a faster pace.
And here Beijing will be faced with the question: either act immediately or wait and then go to war with the US, which will already deploy its military contingent and, possibly, nuclear weapons on the island.
The main thing that Russia managed to do with the launch of the special military operation was to disrupt Washington’s timetable for unleashing conflicts.
They hoped that in the spring of 2022, with the help of the offensive of the Ukrainian armed forces, they would clear the DPR and LPR and eventually rush to Crimea. In Ukraine, they even issued medals “For the capture of Crimea”. That is, a quick solution to the problem with Russia. They were in a hurry.
Moscow started earlier, although not very successfully, but this deprived them of the opportunity to crush the DPR and LPR. Then, despite a number of regroupings, four new regions joined Russia.
The Russian Armed Forces have withstood the “counter-offensive” and are conducting an active defense with tactical offensive actions in various sectors of the front, which has already led to the fact that Moscow holds the strategic initiative.
On October 7, 2023, Hamas attacks Israel. The Palestinian-Israeli conflict began in the Gaza Strip, in which the US was forced to intervene because of its postulate of unconditional support for Tel Aviv. The conflict is widening.
It smoulders on the Lebanese border, on the border with Syria. And the Houthis cut off western shipping in the Red Sea. The response of the United States and its allies in the form of the multinational Operation Prosperity Guardian will drag America even deeper into the quagmire of the Middle East crisis.
I believe that the conflict in the Middle East was originally planned by the US and Israel. The first sign is at the level of terms: the Hamas attack is called “Israel’s 9/11”.
We all well remember what the US did after 9/11: invaded Afghanistan, Iraq, Syria, destroyed Libya and started a series of coups – the so-called “Arab Spring”.
Israel plans to completely resolve the Palestinian issue by liquidating the Gaza Strip and the West Bank and sequestering part of the territory of Lebanon and Syria.
At the same time, the US and Israel would complete what had been started earlier, but stopped due to Russian interference, the removal of Bashar Assad. The next target was and remains Iran.

But for this, America had to quickly rule Ukraine and could not. This is where these peace proposals to temporarily freeze the Ukrainian conflict come from.
Washington needs to untie its hands for a while to deal with the Middle East. In short, it turned out that one project was running into another. Now the US and Israel must withdraw two simultaneously.
By the way, it is necessary to delve into the topic of Israeli involvement in Ukraine. All its neutrality is a cleverly created myth, Tel Aviv has disguised itself well.
At least one fact is known for sure: more than two thousand Israeli instructors were in the armed forces of Ukraine on October 7, 2023 and were recalled home to participate in the fighting against Hamas. So both the Ukrainian and Middle East projects are joint US-Israeli operations.
Now Russia must skillfully take advantage of the situation. Don’t be fooled by another agreement on Ukraine and finish what you started on all its external borders.
Without direct intervention, provide assistance to our situational and strategic partners in the Middle East. So that both the USA and Israel get a headache for what they organized for us in Ukraine.
And if the DPP candidate wins in Taiwan, then it will be difficult for Beijing to sit ashore and wait for the corpse of its enemy to surface. Because every month delaying active action will reduce the chances of peaceful reunification of the island with mainland China.
