SERAMBINEWS.COM, CALANG – Witness candidate pair for President and Vice President Number 03 Ganjar-Mahfud rejected the results of the General Election in Aceh Jaya Regency.
This rejection was conveyed by the Head of the Aceh Jaya Branch Winning Team (TPC), Nasri Saputra, through a memorandum of objection to the process and results of the 2024 Election.
The objection note was submitted at the plenary meeting to recapitulate the Aceh Jaya Regency election votes and received by the Chair of KIP Aceh Jaya, Hendri Gunawan.
In the note, Nasri stated three reasons for his objection to the 2024 election process and results
One of the points of rejection was due to alleged attempts at legal engineering.
According to him, this is proven by ethical violations committed by the Chief Justice of the Constitutional Court and the Chair of the KPU along with the KPU commissioners, which, according to him, makes the 2024 Election very undemocratic.

Furthermore, there were objections to the election process and results due to allegations that the state leader (president) was a girl.
Furthermore, the objection was due to allegations of the use of state money in social assistance (Bansos) in campaigning for certain candidates (paslon).
Nasri was confirmed separately and justified if he objected and rejected the entire election process and results.
“That’s right, we object for the reasons we mentioned, where the hope that the election will run honestly, transparently and accountably is far from burning with fire,” he said.
Meanwhile, the Chairman of KIP Aceh Jaya, Hendri Gunawan, confirmed that his party had received a note rejecting the election process and results signed by the witness for Candidate Pair 03.
According to him, the rejection had nothing to do with the holding of elections in Aceh Jaya Regency.
