The racing game CarX Street is coming to PC. Players can count on support for steering wheels and gamepads
The creators of CarX Street again recalled their racing project. We decided to present a few screenshots, as well as answer some questions that are often asked by community members.
CarX Street will appear in the foreseeable future on PC, but the game is already available on mobile devices. The developers have clarified how the graphics will differ between the PC and mobile versions:
“We are working on improving the graphics for the PC version. First of all, this concerns smoothing, AO [Ambient Occlusion / затенение]decals and general graphics detailing.”
There is no certainty about support for CarX Street mods yet; now it is at the “contemplation” stage. If this happens, it will only be in post-release updates. Perhaps there will be a MAC version of the game.
CarX Street will receive support for gamepads and steering wheels: “… the project will support steering wheels and in the near future we will try to prepare a list of devices that can be used for the game.”
The PC version of CarX Street will feature a view from the cockpit.
The release of CarX Street in early access on PC on Steam is expected in 2024, without a more specific date yet.
