In accordance with the law on the republican budget for 2024, it is planned to allocate 1.8 billion rubles to finance all expenses on republican roads. About it reminded at the Ministry of Transport and Communications.
As the department noted, of this amount of funds, receipts from revenue sources will amount to about 811.7 million rubles. (including collections from transport tax – 300 million rubles).
The remaining part of the expenses of the republican road sector is covered by the republican budget (946 million rubles), or 50% of all expenses. Thus, the Ministry of Transport noted that only 17% of all road work on republican roads is financed by transport taxes.
