Gadget – A number of sources close to SamMobile state that Samsung may hold an “Unpacked” event to introduce its newest foldable phones, the Galaxy Z Flip6 and Galaxy Z Fold6, in early July.
Reporting from Gsmarena on Thursday (29/2), a separate source from South Korea also believes the same thing, that the event will be held in early to mid-July.
A report states that the Unpacked event will be held about two weeks earlier than last year, which was held on July 26. This means it will be held around July 12.
This new report also states that Paris was chosen as the location for Samsung’s annual event.
Samsung wants to launch the product before the start of the Paris Olympics on July 26 to focus on the European market this year.
This Korean technology company hopes to fill the void left by retreating Chinese cellphone manufacturers.
Two weeks later, the Galaxy Z Fold5 and Z Flip5 will be promoted in San Francisco, United States, raising the question of whether there will be an earlier event this time in South Korea.
