In the municipality of Aguachica, a man was captured after stabbing his romantic partner five times in different parts of the body, apparently for reasons of jealousy.
The case happened in the Tierra Linda neighborhood of Aguachica, where the neighbors of the victim identified as Mayra Hurtado Carrillo, tried to lynch the alleged aggressor who tried to escape.
It was also learned that the injured woman managed to go out into the street in search of help, so she was taken by her neighbors to a healthcare center, while the rest of the community tried to take justice into their own hands.
All this confrontation led to police units being present in the sector, therefore after a chase the alleged aggressor was captured, who was identified as Lumar Eduardo Pinto Ropero, 34 years old, who was forced to get off the roof of a house. where he sought refuge from the mob of people who wanted to attack his humanity.
Once he was in the hands of the authorities, he was transferred to the URI of the Prosecutor’s Office, where he must initially respond for the crime of domestic violence.
