Some companies have also focused on developing the design of their devices and announced new devices with unusual designs at the MWC 2024 conference.


1- Lenovo ThinkBook transparent computer:

The Lenovo ThinkBook transparent computer was distinguished from other computers announced at the MWC 2024 conference by its transparent screen through which you can look directly and see everything behind the computer.

This computer includes a 17.3-inch screen, and the lower half of it includes a touch keyboard and a trackpad. The Lenovo transparent computer runs the Windows operating system, and you can use it like any other laptop, but it is still under development and will not be launched in the market at the present time.

2- Honor Magic 6 Pro phone:

The Honor Magic 6 Pro is distinguished by its support for a group of artificial intelligence features that Honor added to the user interface to improve the experience of using this phone, including: the AI ​​Suggestions feature, which provides you with suggestions about the appropriate applications for you based on your activities on the phone, and the Magic feature Text, which extracts text from images.

The Honor Magic 6 Pro phone includes a 6.8-inch (LTPO OLED) screen that supports a refresh rate of up to 120 Hz. It also includes a triple-lens rear camera. The basic one has a resolution of 50 megapixels, runs on a Qualcomm (Snapdragon 8 Gen 3) processor, contains a large battery with a capacity of 5600 mAh, and supports wired charging with a capacity of 80 watts.

3- Humane AI Pin device:
The Humane AI Pin was first announced in November 2023, and the company demonstrated it at MWC 2024; This allowed visitors to try and preview it, and the company will begin delivering previously reserved batches and putting it on the market at the beginning of March.

Humane AI Pin is a generative AI pin that provides you with information in a way that resembles a human conversation, can answer all your queries on different topics, and can do real-time currency conversion and translation.

This device includes a laser display system that can display information on the user’s palm instead of needing a traditional screen like those found in smartphones. Thanks to the built-in camera, the device captures hand movements to interact with the content menus it displays. Tilting the palm in different directions can highlight additional options, and closing the palm returns the device to the home page.

4- Samsung Galaxy Ring smart ring:
Samsung showed an image of its first smart ring, the Galaxy Ring, during the Galaxy S24 phone unveiling event last month, and it was shown for the first time at the MWC 2024 conference currently being held in Barcelona.

This ring comes in three colors and supports many features for tracking health indicators, and provides statistics on sleep quality by measuring heart rate, movement, and other indicators.

The Galaxy Ring will integrate with other Samsung products, including watches and smartphones. Samsung has indicated that the Galaxy Ring will reach the market during this year, but it did not provide a specific date, nor has it announced its price yet.

5- ZTE Nubia Flip 5G foldable phone:

This phone includes a 6.9-inch foldable screen that supports a refresh rate of up to 120 Hz, in addition to a small circular external screen. This phone works with a mid-range Snapdragon 7 Gen 1 processor from Qualcomm, and contains a battery with a capacity of 4310 mAh. It supports fast charging with a capacity of 33 watts, which is superior to the battery of the Samsung Galaxy Z Flip5 foldable phone, which supports charging with a capacity of 25 watts.
