The popular domestic band Other Boys releases its second studio album “Cits Līmenis”, inviting to celebrate its release at the band’s concert, which will take place on March 9 in Riga, in the “Palladium” concert hall. Along with the album, a new single and a video “Mazais bandit” are also coming to the fans.

With a slight self-irony Other Boys call themselves intellectuals who sing about what they see around them and have seen and done a lot since their last album. “The main thing is that above all this there is joy and a light dose of humor, because Other Boys know how to both praise yourself in a healthy way and understand when the moment comes to slow down.
Other Boys the album “Another Level” has been eagerly awaited for a year and a half. The process of working on it has been pleasantly complicated, because in total about 40 songs were created, but we chose only 12 for the album. “There have been countless sleepless days and nights, but now the moment has come when this energy invested in the album can be received back in concerts from our fans, ” says about the album Other Boys musical director and music producer Roberts Memmēns.

The new album also includes previously released singles “Cits Līmenis”, “Vecumdienas” and Another Boy collaboration with Latvia’s favorite band The favorable type – “Ballīte”, which was the hottest party hit of the summer of 2023. “One of our dreams has come true and as part of the second album we have released a joint song with our idols,” says the group’s soloist Jānis Pētersons.

The studio producers of the album “Cits Līmenis” are Roberts Memmēns and JJ LUSH (Jānis Yachmenkins), mixed by Pauls Dāvis Megi. The album was mastered at Chartmakers studio in Finland. Producers such as DJ Rudd, Armands Varslavāns, Artis Boriss, Armands Rutkovskis, songwriter Mikus Frišfelds and of course ourselves – Citi Zēni have also participated in the creative process of the album. The publisher of the album is the company “Forte Production” and the producer is Jānis Kļaviņš.
To present the album “Another Level” Other Boys at the same time, they also announce their biggest, loudest and most important group show in the concert hall “Palladium” on March 9. The songs of the new album together with such hits as Lieka Štuka, Limuzīns uz Krīta, Baļļīte, Siļim Kavēju, Eat Your Salad and others in the grandest group so far Other Boys at the concert. A musical and visual adventure, which will be complemented by dancers, special light and video content, as well as performances by guest artists. Group Other Boys represented Latvia at the 66th Eurovision Song Contest, won several Latvian music recording of the year awards “Zelta Mikrofons”, and also won the Latvian pop and rock song survey “Muzikālā Banka” in 2022. The band’s song “Eat Your Salad” is the most played pop song in the history of Latvia on digital streaming platforms with more than 7 million listens.
