The Ministry of Health, through the Undersecretariat of Assistance Networks, provided feasibility of relevance to the construction project of the new Cesfam Puente Ñuble; essential requirement to obtain technical approval from the Ministry of Social Development and Family.
With this news, the municipality’s teams in coordination with the Health Service will be able to begin working on the design of the future establishment, which will have a period of 9 months and an investment of close to $136 million, financed by the municipality. Subsequently, it is applied to the execution stage.
An advance for the region, as highlighted by Governor Óscar Crisóstomo, who emphasized that, “today the Puente Ñuble sector is experiencing a milestone that ratifies the commitment to continue advancing and bringing health closer to people. Through a programming agreement, which we approved a few months ago between the Health Service and the Regional Government, we envision a much closer care network, which implies generating new infrastructure.”
The director of the Ñuble Health Service, Elizabeth Abarca, was in charge of reporting this positive information, highlighting that, “we are taking important steps in health and that fills us with joy, since it is due to a very important project that seeks to change the face to health in Ñuble”.
