According to media reports, the arrest took place in Moscow. Dubkov helped Navalny’s mother file a complaint to get her son’s body from the authorities after the news of his death.
According to Novaya Gazeta, Dubkov was arrested because he “disturbed public order”.
Navalnyi died in custody on February 16 under unclear circumstances. The relatives have not yet received the body, which is being kept at the hospital’s mortuary.
