Deyaar Development has launched the luxury Elevi project for the middle class of buyers at an amount of 750 million dirhams in the heart of the Downtown Jebel Ali area.
According to the company’s CEO, Saeed Al Qatami, prices range from 500 thousand dirhams to two million dirhams, depending on the area, and the project includes luxury elements for middle-class people.
Why development in Jebel Ali?
Al Diar Company conducted research on the real estate market in Dubai and concluded that the demand for residential units in the Jebel Ali area is witnessing growth, which prompted the company to expand in this region.
The main reason for the high demand there is, according to Al-Qatami, major development projects such as “Al-Maktoum Airport, Jebel Ali Port, and Expo City,” adding that these projects will create more job opportunities.

Growth in demand for units that meet the middle class
According to Al-Qatami, there is an increasing demand for residential units that meet the needs of the middle class, and this demand is expected to grow next year, and therefore prices will see an increase of 10 to 15% from the year.
Speaking about the Elevi project, the CEO of Deyaar said that the project includes more than 33 floors and 800 residential units ranging from studio, one-room, two- and three-room, and includes recreational and luxury facilities to meet buyers’ demand.

According to Al-Qatami, “The project focuses on providing an upscale residential experience of international standards, as it provides a private lounge for residents and a club, in addition to a modern gym, a large-area swimming pool, and a jacuzzi.”
He added, “Elivi also takes into account the smallest details to meet the needs of residents, as it includes a separate swimming pool for children, a multi-use hall, green outdoor spaces for seating, and barbecue areas. The project also includes four covered floors for parking and service areas in the basement and podium floors, in addition to an arcade that includes retail stores in ground floor”.
The features of the Elevi project by Deyaar are scheduled to be completed in the second quarter of 2027, and in the second half of this year, Deyaar will launch two projects, one in Abu Dhabi and the second in Dubai.
