The Decline of Education in Argentina: A History of Changes and Challenges

For more than 70 years, those of us who have been involved in education in Argentina have suffered its decline. The teachers could not correct the mistakes on the students’ tests, in red, because it seemed to cause them stress; Green replaced it, since it is the color of hope. Later this left hope aside and was replaced by the color of common ink, and teachers and students looked for the corrections meticulously to be able to distinguish them.

Back in the 90’s, teachers were obliged to answer some modules that were provided by the State, paid for by it, who knows how much they “cost”, with ours, and with a kind of unintelligible matete of nonsense, that they did not serve to improve teaching, but rather to justify their purchase that we did not know where they came from. With the arrival of democracy, in the 80s, some enlightened minds of education officials decided that the recess bell, or the bell, was disturbing and stressful, so in some secondary schools they replaced it with rock music. Thunderous music bands with loud voices from their performers and high decibels marked recess time. It seems that it did not occur to the officials that these rock bands, in the English language, performed by Englishmen, with the little English flag everywhere, resonated in the ears of students who had in their family a hero who had fallen in the recently ended War. from Malvinas.

On inclusive language and the “essence of language”

I congratulate the Minister of Defense and the Government for prohibiting the use of inclusive language in the Armed Forces and in all departments of that ministry. The socialist escalation in America, the unscrupulous and the political consent of many countries on the continent, are distorting and attacking the essence of the Hispanic language. Added to this vulgar and devious current is the issue of the very poor education that is provided at all levels, with the aim of massifying the population and achieving generations of low intellectual level to oppress them.

I only wish that inclusive language be banished in all public spheres by the Government and especially in education at all levels, as well as in media of any kind. It is aberrant to try to subvert human values and distort the essence of our rich language, the Hispanic language, through vile indoctrination.

“Congress, a “rats’ nest” and chicken coops”

Those who today are tearing their clothes because Milei called the members of Congress a “rat’s nest” who are trying hard to get him out, let’s not forget that former vice president Cristina Fernández called them a “chicken coop” and they continue to applaud her.

Milei is simply cutting public supplies from which few were served at the expense of the hunger of many and the insecurity that kills every day so as not to lose the punga vote. Neither chickens nor rats. They let anyone who grants them privileges say anything in exchange for maintaining a false change that none of them wants.

Some police officers use cell phones “a lot”

It is common to see many police officers from CABA and the Province focused on looking at their cell phones while neglecting their obligation to be attentive to their work, which is what they are paid for.

It is not understandable that police authorities and security officials do not act to punish these improper situations in the current context of insecurity suffered by the population.
