Armed Forces detected and captured a gang member who, for months, tried to escape the emergency regime, hiding in a clandestine camp in the San Marcelino canton, San Pedro Masahuat, in the department of La Paz.
The subject was identified as Gabriel Antonio Urquilla Henríquez, alias “Zancudo”, who is profiled as a member of the 18R gang.
The minister of the FAES, Francis Merino Monroy, explained that the subject had the function of “palabrero” within the terrorist structure.
«This homeboy, working as a palaver for P-18R, has a record of possession and possession of drugs; and aggravated extortion, today he will be held accountable for all of his crimes,” the official warned.
