On the new Duster SUV, unveiled a few months ago, the diesel version has been completely eliminated, news that certainly will not have pleased enthusiasts. Despite the partial closure to full electric, Dacia wanted to update the only electric model in the range, and it must be said that it is more correct to speak of revolution, so much has its forms changed. Let’s find out everything about the small EV from the Eastern European brand.
Dacia, let’s find out what the new Spring will be like

The innovations recall, in some ways, the work already carried out on the new Duster, with the front featuring a very thin, black horizontal band, and inside, we find the brand new Y-shaped LED headlights. The bumpers have also been completely revised in their design, and based on the setup you choose, you can decide to add inserts, or in black or white. We no longer find the roof bars, which certainly weren’t exceptional on the design front, and now the model has a more rounded and streamlined shape. There are 6 colors available, including the new Safari Beige and Brick Red.
In terms of dimensions, the Spring has decreased, and now measures 3.70 meters, compared to 3.70 of the previous model. The engines have remained the same, with the possibility of choosing between the 45 horsepower unit and the 65 horsepower one, with a maximum speed of 125 km/h in both cases. The Dacia Spring has never been known for its performance, but on the city front it can be the right choice for those who want to test the pleasure of electric without spending too much.
The engine and traction are placed at the front, and on both versions the battery is 26.8 kWh, with 220 km of autonomy in the WLTP cycle. As for prices, the price lists should start from just under 20,000 euros, but they have not yet been reported in detail based on the various versions. We will soon know more on this front.
