According to the manager, Diablos Rojos del México focused on three characteristics. “The brand and compound being used were sought to, first, be as close as possible to the feeling of natural grass, second, predictability in the bounce of the ball and lastly, the protection and experience of the player” .
Among the characteristics that make the grass that was placed in the ‘Scarlet Gang’ ball park special is that it has a lower layer between the gravel and the grass and that instead of having a rubber and clay base, fiber will now be used natural coconut or walnut, “which is what will look like earth and make it feel even more natural to the player.”
