Apparently there is one detail that will make a difference and, perhaps, increase costs: namely the inspection process.
It will be different: not many inspectors, but only one. A sort of chief inspector who will follow the 17 different steps before giving his approval or not to each car for a total of 3 and a half hours for each car.
