New Delhi. Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Sunday called upon Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) workers to work with renewed vigor and confidence for the next 100 days and reach out to new voters and win their trust so that the party can win a third term with a strong mandate in the Lok Sabha elections. also came to power. Addressing the concluding session of the BJP national convention here, PM Modi also said that the country will now have to dream big and take big resolutions to make India a developed country by 2047.
He said, “The next five years are going to play a big role in this. In the next five years, India has to work many times faster than before. In the next five years we have to take a huge leap towards developed India. The first condition for achieving all these goals is the strong return of BJP to the government.” Nearly 10,000 party members from across the country participated in the two-day national convention of the BJP.
In his 65-minute speech at the Bharat Mandapam, PM Modi criticized the opposition, especially the Congress, saying that they do not have the courage to face the BJP on the basis of ideology or principles. He said, “It (Congress) is so desperate that it does not even have the courage for principled or ideological opposition. Therefore, abusive language and false allegations against Modi have become their only agenda.”
The Prime Minister said that BJP does not have to unite people just to form the government, but to unite people to build the country. PM Modi said that many decisions are yet to be taken to change the life of every Indian and achieve a lot. He said, “The momentum that India has achieved in the last 10 years and the courage to achieve big goals… is unprecedented. Not because I’m saying so. Today the world is speaking with gusto.”
He said that the height that India has achieved in every field today has united every countryman with a big resolution and this resolution is of ‘Developed India’. He said, “Now the country can no longer see small dreams nor can the country take small resolutions. Dreams will be huge and resolutions will also be huge. It is our dream and also the resolution of all of us that we have to make India developed.”
The Prime Minister said that today the opposition leaders are also saying ‘Next time Modi government’ and raising slogans of ‘Next time NDA (National Democratic Alliance) government, cross 400’. He said, “For NDA to cross 400, BJP will have to cross the milestone of 370.”
The Prime Minister said that today the entire country believes that his tenure of 10 years has been free from allegations. He said, “Taking twenty-five crore people out of poverty is no ordinary achievement.” “Elections are yet to be held, but I already have invitations from different countries for July, August and September,” he said. This means that many countries around the world are also completely confident about the return of the BJP government.”
When the Prime Minister was mentioning this, the workers started raising slogans of ‘If only Modi comes’. He said that his mission is to fulfill the dreams of crores of women, poor and youth. He said, “We rid the country of major scams and terrorist attacks and made efforts to improve the living standards of the poor and the middle class.”
Describing Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj as his inspiration, PM Modi said that he is not a person who lives for his own happiness and glory. He said, “I am not asking for the third term of the BJP government to enjoy power. I am a person who has come out with a resolve for the nation. If I had worried about my house, houses for crores of poor people would not have been built today. I live for the future of crores of children of the country.”
He said, “What we have achieved in ten years is just a milestone. There is a new confidence to reach the destination. We still have a lot to achieve for the country, for millions of Indians, and to change the lives of every Indian. Many decisions are still pending for this.” On this occasion, the Prime Minister called upon the BJP workers to work with new energy, new enthusiasm, new enthusiasm, new confidence and new enthusiasm for the next 100 days in view of the upcoming Lok Sabha elections.
He said, “Today is 18th February and the youth who have turned 18 during this period are going to elect the 18th Lok Sabha of the country. We all have to work together for the next 100 days. Every new voter has to be reached and every beneficiary has to be reached. We have to reach every home, society, sect and everyone and we have to gain everyone’s trust.”
He said that when everyone’s efforts are made, BJP will get the maximum number of seats to serve the country. PM Modi said that it is the responsibility of every BJP worker to save the country from Congress, because its history is in front of everyone.
He said, “Congress is also the mother of instability, nepotism, corruption and appeasement. In the seventies, when anger against Congress started increasing in the country, it resorted to instability. He destabilized the government of every party and leader. Even today these people are hatching new conspiracies to create instability.”
Targeting the opposition alliance ‘India’, PM Modi said that this alliance also has the same identity. He said that Congress neither has any agenda for development nor does it have any roadmap. Accusing Congress of dividing the country sometimes on the basis of language and sometimes on the basis of region, he said that one of its ‘biggest sins’ has been that it has not shied away from breaking the morale of the country’s army.
He alleged that Congress does not leave any opportunity to insult the Indian Army. Describing the Congress as a ‘confused’ party, he said that there is another fight going on in it, and that too a ‘very strong’ fight, but the ‘fun’ is that this fight is not going on with respect to principles or plans. .
He said, “You will be surprised to know what fight is going on. There is a section in Congress which says that make sharp attacks on Modi, make personal allegations and use every trick to tarnish his image. There is another section within the Congress which is different from its basic traditions. He says do not make personal allegations against Modi. That means Congress is not fighting us on ideological issues.”
He said that Mission Shakti will create a complete ecosystem for the safety and empowerment of women in the country and said that 15,000 women self-help groups will get drones. He said, “Now ‘Drone Didi’ will bring scientific thinking and modernity in farming. Now three crore women of the country will be made ‘Lakhpati Didi’.”
He also said that BJP ended the five-century wait of the people and built Ram temple in Ayodhya. PM Modi said that the religious flag has been hoisted in Pavagadh, Gujarat after 500 years and after waiting for seven decades, the country has become free from Article 370. He said, “Our government is for everyone. ‘Sabka Saath, Sabka Vikas’ is reflected in our work ethic.”
