The Bailiff has carried out an operation at Gunilla Persson’s hotel in Växjö.
During the morning, precious shoes, clothes and accessories were confiscated.
– If you show off your assets in the media, we’d be stupid if we didn’t push it in, says Johannes Paulson at Kronofogden.
During the Saturday evening, she had tears of joy, luxury and flair after being voted on to the Intermediate Qualifier. But on Sunday morning, she was visited by the Bailiff.
The effort was carried out on Gunilla Persson’s hotel at 8am. Something like The Express was the first to report on.
What was seized was a pair of Chanel shoes, two blazers, four necklaces, four bracelets, six rings, three bags and a dress.
– It will be sold later. Then the money will go to the insurance fund, says Johannes Paulson at the Kronofogden.
This is because she has a debt with the Crown Bailiff of over SEK 630,000. The fact that Gunilla Persson was seen in the media with expensive assets is behind the effort, according to the Kronofogden.
– That’s how it works, says Johannes Paulson at the Kronofogden.

“Constructive dialog”
Aftonbladet has been in contact with Gunilla Persson’s lawyer Mark Safaryan, who confirms the effort. He says the Bailiff did not take any belongings with him.
– We were supposed to have a meeting with them and that was the reason why I was down in Växjö. The meeting went well and we have had a constructive dialogue with the Crown Enforcement Officer about how this alleged debt should be settled in the future. We have agreed that we will have further talks and a meeting at the beginning of April, says Mark Safaryan.
He does not want to go into more detail about how the debt is to be settled.
– If it is regulated by giving them an expensive watch or an expensive necklace, I cannot comment on that, but it must be regulated. Either it can be paid in installments in the form of money or belongings which can be substantial. She has no problem with that, says Mark Safaryan.
Safaryan says that the Kronofogden did not take any belongings with him during the operation.
The lawyer rages against the Crown Enforcement Officer: “Unlawful”
Later on Sunday, Safaryan went out and raged against the Kronofogden’s media handling of the case. In a message, Safaryan writes that he reacted with both “surprise and indignation”.
Till TV4 News says the lawyer that he and Gunilla Persson believe that “the Bailiff has dramatized the incident in a way that is against the law”.
Gunilla Persson has debts of over SEK 630,000. When she has previously received questions about it, she has ducked.
– It has been a type of witch hunt against me as a person, Gunilla has previously told Aftonbladet.
Aftonbladet has applied for Gunilla Persson.
