He didn’t see the planks at first. Only when the tires were flat did he investigate and discovered the life-threatening situation. “A few days ago I drove exactly the same route there and I didn’t notice anything. Hopefully it stays at this place and the perpetrator is no longer hiding in nature.”
The rider has indicated that he will in any case file a report against a number of authorities responsible for the area. “It’s just terrible. Those flat tires are only material. I hope for the perpetrator that the pony is not hurt.”
