Julio Tovar Uribe Promises Tougher Measures on Corruption and Prioritizing Education in Presidential Campaign – RCR Interview

RCR, February 16, 2024 .- The candidate for the Presidency of the Republic for the Adelante Perú party, Julio Tovar Uribe, pointed out that within his political plans they seek to treat corruption with tougher measures in all instances so that the population feels hope in the country. He also maintained that another of its objectives is to prioritize education starting from young people to continue with the development of society.

“We Peruvians have the capacity to move forward, but the State must allow companies to grow, allowing the participation of a greater number of companies in the current economic system so that the country can develop,” he said through Red de Regional Communication (RCR).

He specified that another important issue to address is corruption, since our previous presidents have been accused of this type of crimes, and one of the initiatives of the Adelante Perú party is to build a second Challapalca prison exclusively for those who commit corruption against the State. .

“We cannot have corrupt leaders, and with this within the initiatives as parties we have thought about building a second Challapalca prison, all those who commit corruption to the State have to be in a maximum security prison, there must be a strong hand real in all instances so that the population feels hope that the country has a future,” he expressed.

He stressed that Adelante Peru’s main objective is to prioritize education for the development of society, therefore, they will offer scholarships to young people so they can study outside the country. Likewise, they will provide scholarships for students from provinces or rural areas to continue with the same online education.
