Starting Friday, February 16, 2024, Air Bank will reduce interest rates on new and refinanced mortgages significantly below 5% p.a., including for short-term fixations.
Rates for mortgages with a fixed term of 2 and 3 years will be reduced by 0.5 percentage points. A newly negotiated mortgage will start at 4.99% p.a. without credit insurance, a refinanced mortgage will cost you 4.79% p.a. If you also take out insurance, you will have a discount of 0.1 percentage point.

Clients arrange a mortgage with Air Bank themselves online via the bank’s website or via a mobile application. When arranging a mortgage, the bank does not cooperate with external mortgage advisers, which means that you have to arrange the mortgage yourself from the very beginning and you cannot use the advice and service of a third party who is not an employee of Air Bank.
MONETA Money Bank is also proceeding in a similar way, which also offers interest rates for mortgages significantly below other market offers, but only if you arrange the mortgage entirely yourself online.
