Foreclosed “Villi” Hotel in Cherven for Sale – Bids Open Until March 22nd

A private bailiff is looking for a new owner of the “Villi” hotel in the Asenovgrad village of Cherven. The building is owned by Emil and Velichka Baklarovi, who until recently operated their hotel business together. In February 2024 a foreclosure was imposed on their property, and the Plovdiv State Police published an announcement for the public sale of the property, Trafficnews.bg specifies.

The initial price of bets for the land and the adjacent buildings is BGN 1,038,400 (EUR 530,925). “Villas” is a monolithic three-story building, with the reception and restaurant part located on level 1. There is also a kitchen, a bathroom, a sauna, and a gym.

The second floor of the building is equipped with several private rooms connected by a corridor and a terrace with a fireplace covered with a wooden structure. The third floor has several built-in guest rooms, as well as a large apartment equipped with a private kitchen. The hotel has a boiler room and a garage with hot connection for 6 cars.

In the yard there is an outdoor pool with a jacuzzi, a tavern with a dining room and a kitchen with an oven, grill and grill. The property with a total area of ​​757 sq.m. is located at “Al. Stamboliiksi” 14 in Cherven

Bidders can submit their bids from February 21 until the 21st of the following month. A day later – on March 22, the private bailiff is expected to announce who the new owner of the “Villi” hotel in Cherven is.
