What the Air Force Says

At 14:56, the Air Force announced the risk of ballistic weapons from the east and urged civilians not to ignore the air alert where it was announced.

Later it became known that the rocket was moving in the direction of Kremenchug, however, it changed direction towards Kropyvnytskyi. In particular, the Air Force warned of another missile movement towards the Poltava region.
