The reggaeton duo Charly & Johayron met with El Chacal in Miami this Tuesday, February 13, raising great expectations among their followers.
Through their social networks, the duo, who arrived in the ‘City of the Sun’ at the end of last yearshared the reunion he had with the urban singer, who is currently facing a lawsuit with his former record labelwhich has not prevented him from launching new projects.
On their Instagram account, the singers shared two videos in which they are seen next to the Jackal. In the first, Charly approaches to greet the interpreter.
“I finally meet you in person,” said Carlos Coronado, Charly’s real name.
In the same recording, Johayron Amores joined the greeting, and both he and Chacal spoke jokingly about the performer’s height.
“They are well fed, they are big,” said The Jackal with a laugh after standing next to Johayron and realizing his height.
In the second video, the three singers joked about the song that Charly should dedicate to his girl this February 14, and immediately the Jackal is heard singing a song from the duet, released 8 years ago.
“He wants me to put it really rough,” said one of them.
The recordings caused a great uproar among the fans of the three singers, as everyone hopes that it is the track of a new collaboration, especially since the singer has received several offers for it lately.
“My congratulations. Let’s see if you are the ones who return the respect that the genre has lost”; “If these people get together, what will happen! Game over”; “You are really with the tough one. If they go out with this kid, that’s going to be a bombshell,” were some of the comments.
Among the comments, it was inevitable that some users remembered the controversial episode at the beginning of 2023, when Charly gave his opinion about the Jackal’s music.
“El Chacal for me was always too big a reference, but right now, with the greatest respect he deserves, he is no more attached than me anywhere,” the singer said at the time.
Given the controversy that arose, Charly clarified on his Instagram account: “The networks are pure controversy! But I’m not into that. Mine is music and more music. The public sometimes does not know how to accept situations. At the concert they made a comparison that I didn’t like and I respect all artists equally and always will. I hope my words are not misinterpreted. “I’m just a kid, fulfilling his dreams.”
Now everything seems forgotten, since good chemistry was seen in the two recordings, and we can only wait for a new song to emerge from the great meeting.
