Roger Akelius has sold Albert shares: “They have no value”

When he stepped into the stock last spring, he had a holding of a little more than 5 percent.

This is written by Breakit, which studied Modular Holding’s ownership data.

Akelius and Albert have previously talked about a collaboration where both parties would carry out a joint pilot project and “evaluate commercial synergies”.

The other day, Roger Akelius sailed up as the new major shareholder in the education company Academedia.

Breakit has now asked Roger Akelius if, as a major shareholder in both education companies, he would work to ensure that Albert’s products and services in education would be used within Academedia.

“No. I wanted to help Albert, but that board didn’t want to. Those shares have no value,” he writes in an email in response to Breakit’s question.
