According to Filter, he first heard bangs which he thought were fireworks.

But then he sees that people started running around and that people were shouting that someone had a weapon.

– I did the math and jumped on him, says Filter to the news agency.

– Unacceptable

– We have now had more mass shootings in 2024 than days in the year. It is unacceptable, writes US President Joe Biden on X.

He writes that there must be an end to what he calls an “epidemic of shooting violence”.

Two of the suspects are minors

Three people have been arrested following the incident. Two of the suspects are described as juveniles, while the third is an adult.

Kansas City police say the shooting was not an extremist act or an act of terrorism.

– It is probably an argument between several people that ended in shooting, says police chief Stacey Graves.
