Citing sources in Russian car dealerships, the publication reports that new Citroen models are supplied to Russia according to the following scheme: vehicle kits produced by the Chinese company Dongfeng Motor Group are imported to Russia and assembled at the Kaluga Automobile Plant. The plant is still majority owned by the Stellantis corporation, which owns the Citroen brand.
