Your position and responsibilities
Within the Communication & Development department, you will join the Collection Department made up of 6 people in charge of recruiting and retaining one-off & regular donors!
Your scope will be collection via Direct Marketing Paper/Print. You will therefore have the opportunity to contribute to the creation of messages & their monitoring: from writing content to monitoring the graphic chain, up to posting the message in the mailbox!
More precisely, under the responsibility of the Collection Manager, your missions will be as follows:
Mission 1: Contribute to the management of mailing campaigns (prospecting, loyalty)
- Carry out operational management of fundraising mailing campaigns
- Collect the information necessary to carry out marketing campaigns (internal/external information)
- Coordinate validations with internal contributors
- Manage file exchanges with other associations
- Ensure the transmission of information to the donor relations department
- Create agency briefs for each new message
Mission 2: Contribute to the management of telemarketing campaigns (welcome call, upgrading, reactivation, transformation, etc.) and street marketing
- Operational management of campaigns in conjunction with service providers
- Development and regular updating of content to enrich the knowledge of tele-actors about ACF
Mission 3: Contribute to qualitative and quantitative analyzes
- Monitoring and analysis of the results of mailing, telemarketing and street marketing campaigns
- Capitalizing on experiences acquired from different campaigns
Mission 4: Contribute to the Benchmark and innovation
- Monitoring new communication, recruitment and donor loyalty tools
- Operational implementation of tests on new collection channels
Your profile
Currently in Bac+3/4/5 marketing, you have a keen interest in the associative sector. You are conscientious in your work and you know how to build relationships of trust with your interlocutors! You are recognized for your good writing skills, your autonomy, your ability to adapt and your responsiveness. If you are also comfortable with databases, this position is perfect for you!
Any experience in direct marketing and/or in the voluntary sector will be a plus.
Your conditions of employment
Mandatory Condition: Have an internship agreement issued by a French educational establishment
Duration of the Internship: 6 months
Location: Montreuil (Seine-Saint-Denis)
Salary Conditions:
- Internship compensated up to the minimum legal hourly compensation (based on 35 hours per week)
- Absence of exams, university research and others
- Transport: Coverage at 50% of the package between home and work
- Meal vouchers: 60% covered by the association for a value of €8

Teleworking: Open to all and from the mainland territory, our teleworking policy defines the activities of the position requiring an imperative presence time at the headquarters of the association, and allows you to choose to exercise fully or in part the remainder of this time teleworking. To this end, a mandatory presence at headquarters of 4 days per month has been defined for this position. Presence time at headquarters will also be dedicated to collective sharing: 3 days per month on average for meetings and collective events and 2 days of compulsory presence for the first 6 weeks when you join the team.
