/ world today news/ On January 17, Russian President Vladimir Putin stated at a working meeting of the government that he and the Prime Minister of the country, Mikhail Mishustin, discussed the country’s economic situation. “After confirmation, the growth of the gross domestic product of Russia in 2023 may exceed 3.5%, and the real income from wages of the population for the first 10 months in 2023 increases by 7.7%,” the Russian leader explained .
Putin also announced that the current inflation rate in the country is 7.4% and this number could be reduced.
