We are looking for a suitable invoice writing program for our client that is able to send e-invoices in XML format.
The client is a lawyer. He currently writes his invoices using Word. Law firm software such as DATEV Rechtsanwalt classic or RA-micro is not in use and is not planned for the future for efficiency reasons.
Since a large number of XInvoices will have to be sent in the future – which is why entering individual invoices in the authority’s transfer interface does not make sense – we are now looking for a suitable program.
Since the client already works online with DATEV companies, we thought we could send the invoices via Next. However, according to DATEV employees, both the next order processing program and Mittelstand Invoicing are unsuitable for these purposes.
As far as I know, DATEV Rechtsanwalt classic will offer a module for sending e-invoices from April 2024, but the complete law firm software is required here again, if I understand that correctly.
A DATEV cloud application or software with a DATEV interface that can be used modularly for cost accounting in accordance with RVG would be ideal.
Does anyone have any experience with which software would be suitable?
We would also be happy to be a software partner on the DATEV marketplace.
