Libreville, February 13, 2024 (AGP) – The Minister of Social Affairs, Nadine Nathalie Awanang Anato received this Tuesday, from the hands of the Deputy Head of Mission of the Task Force, the Commissioner General of the Air Brigade, Jean-Hilaire Moubamba Maganga, the audit report on the National Social Security Fund (CNSS).
According to the Deputy Head of Mission of the Task Force, this audit report confirms the state of lethargy in which this private organization has found itself for several years already.
«It contains findings, analyzes and recommendations on different areas affecting the functioning of the CNSS: governance system, IT system, accounting management, human resources and the quality of technical services.“, he explained.
For Air Brigade General Commissioner Moubamba Maganga, this report clearly shows that “ the CNSS is a serious patient who suffers from several illnesses such as generalized cancer which has produced a certain number of metastases and which needs systemic reform, therefore in all areas ».
The said document was immediately handed over to the new director general of the National Social Security Fund (CNSS), Olivier Rebienot Pellegrin, by the head of the Social Affairs department. The latter should be able to use it to put this entity back on a better path.
