Until the 24th of this month, giant red Chubby Hearts with a diameter of 12 meters, conceived by the famous designer Anya Hindmarch, will float in the sky in many places in Hong Kong for citizens to check in.
In addition to the launch ceremony at Statue Square Garden in Central on February 14, Chubby Hearts will also pop up at three other locations starting from 10am on the first day, including: Mong Kok Flower Market and Lam Tsuen Wishing Plaza in Tai Po. and the Belcher Street Waterfront in Kennedy Town (10 a.m. to 6 p.m.); the Chubby Hearts at Statue Square Garden in Central will remain on display until the 24th.

Chubby Hearts comes to Asia for the first time from this Western Valentine’s Day (February 14) to the Chinese Valentine’s Day Lantern Festival (February 24), adding more fun and creativity to the Hong Kong landscape. This is the largest new work in Chubby Hearts, with a diameter of 12 meters, which is four times larger than the one exhibited in London. It will be unveiled in Hong Kong for the first time and will be permanently stationed in the Statue Square Garden in Central during the exhibition period.
In addition to the permanent check-in locations in Central, there will also be 15 to 16 “pop-up” check-in locations distributed throughout Hong Kong. The Lincun Wishing Night Market will be extended to tomorrow, the fifth day of the Lunar New Year, from 5:30 pm to 9:30 pm.
