The Federal Tax Service (Federal Tax Service) has closed the business of the Ukrainian singer, former soloist of the VIA Gra group Svetlana Loboda in Russia. The relevant information is contained in the Unified State Register of Legal Entities (USRLE).
Individual entrepreneur Svetlana Loboda has been operating since August 2018 and was registered in one of the service units in the Moscow region. The main type of activity indicated was in the field of performing arts, the individual entrepreneur was also engaged in the production, distribution, demonstration of films, worked in the field of radio broadcasting and advertising, and also consulted on issues of commercial activity and management. There are 15 types of activities in total.
According to the register, on February 2 of this year, Loboda’s individual entrepreneur ceased to exist “due to the expiration of the document confirming the right of this person to temporarily or permanently reside in the Russian Federation.”
As reported EADaily, earlier composer Oleg Vladi accused Ukrainian singer Svetlana Loboda of forging documents in an attempt to deprive him of the copyright to the hit “To hell with love.” Moscow police have begun an investigation into fraud.
The composer’s signature was forged in the documents for the alienation of rights to the track, Rytvina clarified. Moreover, the examination confirmed that someone else signed the agreement. Vladi turned to the police with a statement demanding that the singer be held accountable for forgery of documents and fraud.
According to the composer’s lawyer Valeria Rytvinain the worst case, Loboda may become involved in a criminal case, since “forgery of a signature is punishable by up to two years in prison.”
