GORAJUARA – From our perspective on Earth, the Sun may appear to be an unchanging source of light and heat in the sky.
However, the Sun is a dynamic star, where it is constantly changing and sending its energy into space.
The sun is the largest object in our solar system, with a diameter of about 1.4 million kilometers.

Its gravity holds the solar system together, where it keeps everything from the largest planets to the tiniest bits in orbit around it.
Although the Sun is the center of our solar system and essential to our survival, it is only an average star in terms of its size.
Reported from the science.nasa.gov page by GORAJUARA, the hottest part of the Sun is its core which has a temperature of up to 15 million degrees Celsius.
The surface of the sun, which is called the photosphere, has a relatively cool temperature of around 5,500 degrees Celsius.

One of the biggest mysteries of the Sun is its outer atmosphere, namely the corona, which gets hotter the farther it is from the surface.
In this case, the corona reaches temperatures of up to 2 million degrees Celsius, which is much hotter than the photosphere.
Our sun is a medium-sized star with a radius of about 700,000 kilometers.

Many stars are much larger, but the Sun is much more massive than the Earth.
