Table leader Schwaz prevailed in the HLA against HC Linz after a tough fight with 33:27.
Linz – On the verge of defeat, the Schwazers fought their way back in an impressive manner in the Handball League Austria (HLA) on Saturday evening. In the guest game at HC Linz, the Silberstadt team were behind for a long time before they turned up the heat again in the final phase and demonstrated their currently strong form.
In the end, the Schwazers put the Upper Austrians in their place with 33:27 (16:16) and remain undefeated as leaders of the HLA. Schwazer’s top scorer was Tobias Grothues with seven goals. In two weeks (February 25th) Hard will be a guest in Schwaz. (tt.com)
