The official from the Attorney General’s Office, who was captured in the last few hours in Bogotá, was identified as Rafael Luquez Baquero, 33 years old, as allegedly responsible for the crimes of violent carnal access, personal injuries and simple kidnapping.
According to the Prosecutor’s Office, the events occurred in a country house between the towns of Guacoche and El Jabo, municipality of Valledupar, with the alleged victim being the ex-girlfriend of the accused, Jessica Lorena Roys Valdeblanquez.
In this sense, after Luquez Baquero was captured, he was presented before the Court. The Court only legalized the capture and then the procedure was suspended at the request of the representative of the Prosecutor’s Office, leaving pending the imputation of charges and request for a security measure, which They will be done in the next five business days.
This case was known through the report that on February 3, to the emergency line 123, of the National Police, Roys Valdeblanquez, reported that he was with his former romantic partner -Luquez Baquero-, at the festivities in the municipality of Becerril.
