- Students inaugurate the Creation Projects cycle
The 5th semester student community of the Choreographic Research Center (Cico), the National Institute of Fine Arts and Literature (Inbal) and the General Subdirectorate of Artistic Education and Research (Sgeia), started the presentation of Performing Practices, called creation projects, at the Dance Theater Guillermina Bravo.
Ámbar Martínez, Tania Virginia Hernández, Kimberly Treviña, Xaenat Monroy and Kiryat Jatir Cuecuecha, were the choreographers responsible for inaugurating the staging, of the cycle that concludes this February 9.
In the choreography Endearing People from the public participated to interact with the dancers; in Verticalities from the seathe choreographer narrated the social discourse of our days and invites you to read.
Ancestral organisms showed the proposal of a clan of microalgae, which have existed since the beginning of life; in Menhir, Here And Now The dancer explores his body as a condensation, where the stage is part of that world explored from the implosion.
Finally, Heart to Heart examines the latent stroke of the heart, evidencing the arterial and venous flow of blood, through threads that radiate in space and in close relationship with sound.
Stage Practices, Creation projects concludes this day the 9th with four more pieces; all recommended for ages 12 and up. Free admission.
