Jakarta (ANTARA) – Volunteer Friend Prabowo Gibran Nusantara (Sorban NU) who claims to have a background as a member of Nahdlatul Ulama (nahdiyin) supports Prabowo Subianto-Gibran Rakabuming Raka because they need to eat and drink free milk, especially for students and students.
“Programs that village and village communities need, such as eating and drinking milk, including green beans. This is the first step in the future that must be carried out. Prabowo and Gibran’s vision and mission are suitable for nahdiyin,” said the Head of the NU Sorban Volunteers Tahyudin Aditya in press release received in Jakarta, Thursday (8/2).
In a declaration at Prabowo’s residence, Jalan Kertanegara, Kebayoran Baru, Jakarta, Thursday, the Chairman of the NU Sorban Volunteers also said that Prabowo-Gibran’s vision, mission and program were in accordance with the problems faced by the Nahdiyin.
Nahdiyin, he said, needs a leader who will create job opportunities and improve community welfare.
According to him, a number of superior programs promoted by Prabowo-Gibran are in line with the aspirations of NU residents.
“I think the vision and mission as well as the programs that Prabowo conveyed are very appropriate and relate to nahdiyin, whether it’s Islamic boarding school endowment funds or food and milk are important because nahdiyin is based on the santri community and is in villages and villages so it needs all of that,” said Tahyudin.
Turban NU, added Tahyudin, is committed to safeguarding Prabowo-Gibran’s victory by inviting all nahdiyin to exercise their right to vote on February 14.
Tahyudin said that his party would also oversee the voting and counting of votes at the polling station (TPS) until completion.
He hopes that his party’s support can complete this victory to bring Prabowo-Gibran to the Palace. In fact, on February 14, his party took part in monitoring and then conveying the voting results to TKN.
“Hopefully the results match what we saw. Through surveys, God willing, Prabowo-Gibran will win one round,” he said.
Prabowo-Gibran routinely receive declarations from various volunteer groups which are generally held at Prabowo’s residence, Jalan Kertanegara. Prabowo was also recorded as being present several times to receive the volunteer declaration directly.

Based on data from the Indonesian KPU, the final voter list (DPT) in the 2024 elections is 204,807,222 voters.
Previously, the Indonesian General Election Commission (KPU) had determined the participants in the 2024 Presidential and Vice Presidential Election (Pilpres), namely the pair Anies Baswedan-Muhaimin Iskandar number 1, Prabowo Subianto-Gibran Rakabuming Raka number 2, and Ganjar Pranowo-Mahfud Md. serial number 3.
The KPU has also set a campaign period from 28 November 2023 to 10 February 2024, a quiet period on 11-13 February, and voting day on 14 February 2024.
