Jakarta, CNBC Indonesia – Apple’s Vision Pro headset was finally officially available in the United States (US) last week. CEO Tim Cook announced the selling price was US$3,500 or around Rp. 54 million.
Cook also answered the issue of the price of the mixed-reality device which was considered too expensive. According to him, prices have been adjusted to the value of the benefits that customers get.
“We think we have priced it at the right level considering its value,” said Cook, quoted from CNBC InternationalTuesday (6/2/2024).
Vision Pro is a device that allows users to access various applications simultaneously directly in front of their eyes. No more need to look down to check your cellphone regularly.
While walking, driving, or even exercising, Vision Pro users can reply to emails, watch videos, or view social media.
