With the establishment of the state of epidemiological alert, SJU Slatina comes up with measures to limit the spread of the flu at the level of the largest unit with beds in the county.
Thus, starting on February 2, the access of people outside the hospital to the ATI, Intensive Care Neonatology, Pediatrics, Intensive Therapy Coronary, Acute Therapy Neurology, Oncology, Hematology, surgical wards, Infectious Diseases was prohibited.
“We took the measure of limiting the number of visitors to one patient and shortening the duration of the visit (below 10 min). Only one relative/visitor/patient is allowed, no more than 2 visitors at the same time in the salon. The access of the members to the ward will be done with the mandatory wearing of personal protective equipment. When entering and leaving the department, members/visitors will disinfect their hands with hydroalcoholic solutions at the entrance to the department. Prohibition of access to persons with clinically visible respiratory conditions”, says a press release issued by the Slatina County Emergency Hospital.
The visiting schedule for patients admitted to the Slatina County Emergency Hospital, valid for the wards where visitor access is not restricted, is included in the time intervals:
Monday-Friday 13.30 – 17.30.
Saturday-Sunday: 11.00 – 17.00.
“In order to limit illnesses, we recommend wearing a protective mask by all visitors, from the moment they enter the sanitary unit”, the management of SJU Slatina also states.
