The suspect allegedly fled the scene in a car before later crashing into another vehicle and fleeing on foot.

A surveillance camera at the scene captured the incident. In the video, a man can be seen running around the car before jumping into the driver’s seat, while the woman and a child stand in front of the car with their hands to their faces.
In the video, the woman is then hit by the car before the car is stopped, the man goes out again and takes a child out of the back door and throws the child to the ground, writes the newspaper.

The mother must have been left screaming in pain, the witness said.
