The Best Jazz Music Festival in Latvia: Windstream 2023 with Conductor Stefen Schorn and Many More Celebrated Artists

Windstream jazz music will be played at the opening concert on March 20 at the VEF Palace of Culture. Traditionally, the festival program includes a concert dedicated to the memory of the victims of the communist genocide.
