Many housewives complain that when preparing thin pancakes, the dough breaks or sticks to the pan. We are sharing a recipe for the most delicate, but “durable” pancakes; it is important to maintain proportions.
You need to mix eggs (3 pcs.), milk (2 cups), salt (half a teaspoon), boiling water, at the end add sifted flour (2 cups) and vegetable oil (2 tbsp. spoons).
All components should be at room temperature. If you want the dish to be sweeter, you can add two tablespoons of sugar, but no more (otherwise the dough will burn).
When you have mixed all the ingredients, you can bake the pancakes in a preheated frying pan with a small portion of vegetable oil.
