The police also uncovered bloody rubber gloves in a second-floor bedroom, along with a machete and a large kitchen knife found in the bathtub.

Law enforcement swiftly tracked Mohn’s location by tracing his cell phone signal, leading to his arrest at Fort Indiantown Gap in Lebanon County, roughly 100 miles away from the crime scene. The reasons for his presence in that area remain unknown. Middletown Township Police Chief Joseph Bartorilla reassured the community, stating, “I think the neighborhood can rest easy because I think they were a little uneasy for a while before they knew where the person of interest was.”

Justin Mohn, who also faces a weapons possession charge, was arraigned early Wednesday and is being held without bail. His hearing is scheduled for February 8th.
