Nicki Minaj Responds to Megan Thee Stallion Diss with New Track ‘Big Foot’

Nicki Minaj Drops New Track “Big Foot” Amidst Feud with Megan Thee Stallion

Nicki Minaj spent the weekend on social media vehemently addressing Megan Thee Stallion‘s alleged diss on her recent single “HISS” regarding Minaj’s husband, Kenneth Petty, a convicted sex offender. Responding in her signature style, Minaj hit back with her newest track, “Big Foot,” placing her unique spin on the ongoing feud.

Poking Fun and Addressing Past Incidents

The track, which clocks in at almost four-and-a-half minutes, showcases Minaj’s lyrical prowess as she seemingly pokes fun at the 2020 incident where Tory Lanez shot Megan Thee Stallion in the foot. The lyrics include lines such as, “Bad bitch she like six foot / I call her big foot / The bitch fell off, I said get up on your good foot.” Minaj doesn’t stop there and goes a step further, mentioning Megan’s late mother as well as her ex-boyfriend Pardison Fontaine, whom she accuses of cheating on her in his track “Cobra.”

Escalation of the Feud

The rivalry between Minaj and Megan has been escalating for some time now. However, things took a turn for the worse this weekend when Minaj took offense to a specific line in Megan’s “HISS” where she rapped, “These hoes don’t be mad at Megan / These hoes mad at Megan’s Law.” Megan’s bar referred to the United States federal law enacted in response to the tragic case of seven-year-old Megan Kanka, who was raped and murdered by her neighbor who had multiple previous convictions for sexual assault.
