Jakarta, CNBC IndonesiaIndosat’s data service has recovered after experiencing problems on Sunday night (26/1/2024). Indosat’s data service problems returned to normal quickly after some of Indosat’s signals trended on Twitter.

SVP Head of Corporate Communications Indosat Ooredoo Hutchison Steve Saerang stated that Indosat’s data services have returned to full normality.

He apologized for the data service problems experienced by Indosat customers.

“We are very grateful for our customers’ patience and loyalty waiting for the restoration of our data services,” he said.

Steve appealed to Indosat users to try Indosat data services regularly. If you still encounter problems, IM3 and Tri customers are asked to immediately contact customer service.

According to netizen reports on social media, the Indosat network indicator appeared, but the signal was not working and could not be used.

Steve previously explained that Indosat data service problems were experienced by Indosat users in certain areas. However, as long as there are problems, Indosat’s telephone and SMS services will still run normally.

“We apologize for the impact of the disruption felt by customers in certain areas,” he said.
