This information about Indosat disruption was also confirmed by Indosat Ooredoo Hutchison (IOH).

Through the statement received Tekno Liputan6.comFriday (26/1/2024) evening, SVP Head of Corporate Communications Indosat Ooredoo Hutchison Steve Saerang confirmed that tonight there had indeed been a disruption to Indosat’s data or internet service.

“We inform you that tonight there is a disruption to Indosat Ooredoo Hutchison’s (Indosat or IOH) data service,” Steve said in a statement.

Even so, telephone and SMS services are still running normally so customers can use them.

Currently, according to Steve, the network team is accelerating handling disruptions.

“We are in the process of accelerating the handling of this disturbance and we will inform you of the results soon,” said Steve.

Representing Indosat, Steve also apologized for the impact of Indosat’s signal interference on their customers in certain areas.
