This Thursday, Carabineros of the Vehicle Commissioning and Search Section (SEBV) Ñuble, completed an investigative process with the arrest of the second man involved in the theft of a vehicle in Chillán.
The specialized team had been carrying out various investigation and information gathering procedures to identify and find the whereabouts of this individual who participated in the theft of a vehicle at the beginning of January.
“In coordination with the Local Prosecutor’s Office of Chillán, there were several simultaneous raids in the regional capital in the first days of January, to find the whereabouts of this subject of investigative interest, and related to this incident of robbery where an antisocial person was already arrested. , which finally takes shape today, with his arrest by this specialized unit,” explained the head of the SEBV Ñuble, Lieutenant Miguel Venegas.
The accused is of Chilean nationality and has several previous arrests for the crimes of robbery in an inhabited place, theft and quasi-homicide.
He was placed at the disposal of the Court for control of the detention.
