A photo of the destroyed historical building in the center of Kharkov, on Pushkinskaya, which was the site of the “arrival” on the evening of January 23, was published by the head of the KhOVA Oleg Sinegubov and the Kharkov Regional Prosecutor’s Office.
“The central part of the city of Kharkov. Nine people were injured, including a four-year-old child. A scientific institution was destroyed; an S-300 missile hit the roof of the building. Residential buildings, office premises, cafes, pharmacies and other exclusively civilian infrastructure were damaged,” wrote Sinegubov in telegram.

The head of the KhOVA, Oleg Sinegubov, said that among the victims was a four-year-old child, and two women were hospitalized. Two Russian S-300 missiles hit a scientific institution in the Kievsky district of Kharkov, and the third hit an office building in the Kholodnogorsky district. Eight victims are known. On the morning of January 24, the State Emergency Service reported that they had completed liquidation of the consequences of the strike.
