New Delhi: Congress has started its preparations in view of the upcoming Lok Sabha elections. In view of this, state election committees have been formed for Punjab and Uttarakhand on Tuesday. According to the release issued by the party’s Organization General Secretary KC Venugopal, Congress President Mallikarjun Kharge approved the formation of these committees.

Former Chief Minister Charanjit Singh Channi, senior leaders Ambika Soni, Pratap Singh Bajwa, Navjot Singh Sidhu, Manish Tiwari, and many other senior leaders have been given place in the State Election Committee formed under the leadership of Punjab Pradesh Congress Committee President Amarinder Singh Raja Wading. .

Former Chief Minister Harish Rawat, senior leaders Pritam Singh, Yashpal Arya, Secretary of All India Congress Committee’s Communication Department Vaibhav Walia and many other leaders have been included in the committee formed under the chairmanship of Uttarakhand Pradesh Congress Committee President Karan Mahara.
